Wow! What a busy time of year this is. Suddenly it’s time to start getting ready for Christmas and I feel like I’m being pulled in a hundred directions all at once. Even the weather around here seems to be feeling the rush. The last couple of days we’ve had lots of wind – as if Mother Nature suddenly realized she had some catching up to do to get the rest of the leaves off the trees. My yard is full of them now, which made choosing my subject this week pretty easy.
