I love how I am able to hold forever the image of something that is only here so briefly. Though the flowers my husband brought home for Valentine’s Day are now fading, I can always look at my photos and absorb their deep, velvety red when ever I want.

Wow. What a poetic collection assembled this week. They are all so thoughtful and quiet…beautiful images by all!
An exceptionally fine collection of photos this week! I only wish I had had a great one to submit for inclusion.
Poetic is a wonderful word for these. Sometimes it seems as though we all discuss it before we submit photos
Thank you, Jess!
This week's photos are great. I especially love your photo, Jessica, and Jennifer's tulips! Have to remember to participate again, this is always a pleasure to look at.
Love these :)
Jessica, your flower is beautiful, all the mass of petals fading to blur, gorgeous. :)
Have a lovely Weekend, T. :)
I love that eternal feeling in your photo. I looks like I can touch the flower leaf.
Also like the bricks and the cork.
Thank you for showing our work.
Thank you everyone for your lovely comments :) It was indeed another happy surprise to see a common thread through all our photos this week.
