Known to those that love them by many names, I present to you this week for Exploring the Ordinary, the Converse (a.k.a. Chuck Taylors, Chuck T.s, All Stars). They are one of my favorite types of shoe and way more comfortable than one might assume. I remember the pair I had for all four years in high school…a black pair of Converse high-tops. By the end of my senior year they were worn so much I could step in the tiniest of puddles and soak my feet, but I loved them! I believe that year I also had friends end up filling up every bit of the white rubber parts with writing of some sort or another. I wonder what ever happend to that pair of Chuck Taylors…

I love this weeks' subject! I too love the good ol' "All Stars" (I am a girl of the 80's and back then that's all we called them!)
