I am thoroughly enjoying using kitchen utensils for this feature. The simple stainless pieces on a white background allows for me to focus completely on form, composition, and focus. As we head into fall and winter I am losing a bit of my natural light and have started using a single light source to help fill in where needed. Once I have things set up though, the only thing I change is my perspective to the subject. The focus remains on Exploring the Ordinary. Be sure to tell me which one is your favorite at the end!

I'm first to vote! Cool! This is fun! I like #6 best but I clicked on #5 by mistake. So then I clicked on #6. Now it's 50/50 between 5 & 6 because of my goof-up! Sorry!
oh my gosh! i am totally in love with 5 and 6! you're doing so great on these :)
They're all great this week, but I definitely LOVE 5, 6, 7 !!
Thanks so much ladies! :)
voted for #5 but wavered on #7 as well. very cool!
My favorites were 5,6 and 11. I voted for #6! They are all really beautiful! I love this feature!
I like 6 and 7 a lot. I like the composition of the shots. And, I'm a science nerd, and I like the fact that they look like atoms. It's so cool. Very nice work on the photos.
Tiffany – I thought of atoms when I saw those shots as well! ;)
Thanks so much Pat and Pam! :)
Nice work Jessica!
Thanks Jenn! :) I was at your blog earlier catching up. Beautiful work as always!
