Photo of the Week, Year 3, Week 13

Christmas is approaching so quickly I can hardly believe it!  I’ve only got a few decorations out so far and I better get to the rest soon if I want to enjoy them before the holiday passes me by.  I especially love getting out the tree ornaments – there are so many memories attached to each of them.  Just the sound of the glass ornaments delicately clinking together brings back childhood memories of decorating the tree with my family.  When we finished we would turn out the lights…Christmas music quietly playing in the background…and just look at the tree.  Every year we swore it was the best tree yet…and I’d let my eyes relax out of focus just a bit to make the lights sparkle even more…

Thanks so much to everyone that participated this week!

I’ll be going on vacation for the holidays and that will change the POTW schedule a bit.  For now, the schedule will remain the same.  I’ll make an announcement when I’ve settled all the scheduling details.  If you haven’t yet, be sure to sign up for my mailing list to keep up to date on what’s going on.

Until next time, have fun shooting!
