My husband and I took the opportunity of a couple of free days to get away and went camping on the north shore of Lake Tahoe. It was so nice relaxing by the lake and the weather was so perfect we didn’t want to come home! As with all our road trips, we seek out brew pubs along our route to try new beers and get some tasty pub food. My photo this week comes from the Auburn Alehouse tasting we did – shortly before digging into our amazing lunch!

We’re getting closer and closer to wrapping up the second year of POTW – I can’t believe how fast this past year has gone by. In about 6 weeks I’ll be doing a special POTW post reviewing all the photos I’ve done for this feature over the past year. I’m excited to see all of them together!
