If you follow this feature regularly, you may notice that it’s a bit early this week. I decided to go ahead and post it a bit early since I’ll be going on vacation and didn’t want to forget it. Getting ready to go on vacation take SO much work now. It would be nice to go back to being like a kid at times like this, when responsibilities weren’t so complicated. When getting ready for vacation meant just packing your suitcase and making sure you had plenty of fun stuff to do on the long car ride…

Thanks so much to everyone that participated this week!
As I mentioned at the beginning of this post, I will be going on vacation and I thought I’d extend a little “summer break” for all the participants of POTW as well. So, we’ll be skipping this feature next week, essentially giving anyone who would like to join in an extra week to turn in their photo. This means the next deadline for submissions will be Tuesday June 21 by 11:59pm Pacific Time. I’ll be sending out email reminders for this schedule shift as well, so make sure you’ve signed up to receive them!
